Available payment methods
- Online payment — Pay securely at checkout through payment gateways shown on the client portal
- Bank transfer — Transfer to Ceyora bank account details listed on your invoice
- Manual verification — Upload payment slip or reference via ticket if required
Pay an existing invoice
- Log in to the client portal
- Open Billing → My Invoices
- Click the unpaid invoice
- Choose your payment method and complete payment
Bank transfer tips
- Include your invoice number in the transfer reference
- Email payment proof to support@ceyora.lk if activation is delayed
- Allow 1–2 business days for manual verification during holidays
