Create a forwarder
- Log in to cPanel
- Open Forwarders
- Click Add Forwarder
- Enter source address (e.g. info@yourdomain.lk)
- Enter destination email (your Gmail or main mailbox)
- Save
Forwarder vs full mailbox
- Forwarder: Redirects mail — cannot send as that address unless configured
- Full mailbox: Stores mail on server — can send and receive independently
Catch-all forwarder (use carefully)
A catch-all forwards every address @yourdomain to one inbox. This catches typos but also increases spam — use only if needed.
